In the summer of 2017, after many years of working in-house as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator and Art Director, Connie Beecher ventured out on her own as a full time freelance artist.

Having worked for the Advertising firm, DePersico Creative, for years, Connie developed a broad knowledge of the advertising world. She designed for Fortune 500 companies, created art for various collectable companies, developed wedding materials, and even ventured into the world of textile design.

Later, Connie expanded into church communications. She began leading a church’s Arts Team as a volunteer and was eventually hired full time by the church. The church grew from a congregation of 300 into becoming a Megachurch. The experience she gained in that role provided her with a strong understanding of a church’s communication needs whether they are a small church or very large. From there, Connie assisted many other churches as a freelancer, before accepting a Graphic Arts Consultant and Design contract position for a church in Wayne, Pa.
Connie’s work for the church world has included: Interior Signage • Wall Art • Stage Art • Brochures • Cards • Branding • Screen Art • Website Design • Keynote Presentations • Fund Raising Packets • After Effects Animation • Textile Art • Newsletters • E-News • Ads • Info-graphics • Outdoor Signage • Indoor Displays • Social Media • Mission Display Boards • Magazine Illustrations • Book Cover Design • Architectural Renderings • Package Design • Video and more

For 10 years, Connie was a volunteer board member of the non profit medical organization, Touching Lives Ministry, where she found ways to help the women of Sanjweru, Kenya. She supplied them with Bibles in their native tongue and assists the women through agriculture. Connie helped to provide a Greenhouse on the non profit’s 16 acres of land. Connie still volunteers as a graphic designer for Touching Lives. Connie also traveled with a team to Trinidad to minister to those in need and later served in New York City after 9/11, to assist people in crisis.

Connie freelances graphic design and illustration for many GRAMMY Award winning artists. Peter Erskine has been a long time client: www.petererskine.com
